Our Off-the-wall Starter Suggestion: Organize a picnic on the state capital lawn and invite the Governor and all female representatives

 

  • Submit notices of all local events to the State Newsletter
  • Personally extend invitations for your events to other locals (email, phone calls, etc.)
  • Generate a “Women Behaving Badly” spectacle to create buzz (wear bra & panties on outside of clothes)
  • Design a local or state float and participate in parades
  • Get BPW printed on balloons and pass out at local fair, festival or parade
  • Request newspaper photographer and writer when you award scholarships
  • Pick member’s house/yard to decorate in BPW holiday theme/colors and post large sign w/ BPW web address
